This Christian-based, Holy Spirit-led BREATHWORK Session is designed to help you align your breath, body, & spirit with God’s divine purpose for you.
Through guided BREATHWORK, Christ-centered meditation, & Spirit-led worship music, you’ll create space for the Holy Spirit to work within you, releasing emotional blockages, burdens, & stress while welcoming God’s transformative love, joy, & peace into your life.
